The property is on a hill with views of the sea to one side, views of the mountain and views of the salt lake to another where throughout the year you can see various different migrating birds including the famous pink flamingos.
Elevated on a hill there is a natural breeze all year round which is a fabulous natural replacement for air con morning noon and night, simply beautiful when temperatures can reach as high as 40 degrees in the August. The property is a 20 minute drive from Larnaca airport, 5 minute walk to the beach and the sea front, 5 minute drive to Oriklini old town and 10 to 15 minutes drive to larnaca town and Makenzie Beach.

There are 4 double bedrooms in the property, all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with floor to ceiling window, Juliet balcony with overlooking the pool and views of the sea.
There is a family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. The kitchen is fully fitted, with American style fridge freezer with filtered water on tap, so no need to stock up on bottled water, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob.
